About the Opportunity:Seeking a Trust & Estates Associate to support a practice serving individuals and families with estate planning. Strong opportunity for meaningful responsibility, professional development, and a path toward future leadership.
Responsibilities:- Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents- Assist clients with planning strategies tailored to their goals and circumstances- Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated T&E matters- Develop increasing responsibility for client relationships and matters.
Qualifications:- 3-5 years of Trusts & Estates experience preferred (1-2 years considered if drafting ability and overall fit are particularly strong)- Demonstrated estate-planning drafting experience (wills, trusts,related documents)- Strong research, writing, communication, and client-service skills
Potential salary flexibility for the right candidate and additional experience.
Pay: $115,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
