We are seeking a detail-oriented and precise Microelectronic Component Processor to join our manufacturing team for our 2nd Shift. Responsibilities
- Accurately process and assemble microelectronic components according to detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Inspect components for defects or inconsistencies using magnification tools and visual checks
- Operate specialized equipment for component handling, placement, and testing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Document processing activities accurately in electronic systems
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent contamination or damage to sensitive components
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality benchmarks
- Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues and report larger concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and handling sensitive electronic components is a plus
