Your Role
As Sales Representative & Customer Care, you will: - Make cold calls and manage sales leads - Provide post-sales customer support - Attend trade shows and visit clients - Interface with suppliers for deliveries - Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Who You Are
✔ Tech degree or comparable tech exp preferred (metalworking/ woodworking / stoneworking/ CNC)
✔ Proactive, precise, loyal, and a strong team player
✔ Eager to learn and grow in a B2B environment
✔ Familiar with CRM and inventory management systems (QB Online, SOS Inventory, Insightly, or similar)
✔ Spanish and/or Italian knowledge is a plus
✔ Willing to work on-site in Wilmington, NC, or relocate independently
Experience
· Experience (even brief) in B2B sales, CNC, or related fields is a plus
