We are seeking for an experienced Machine Operator to work within our SMT Department. Responsibilities: Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines Works from process sheets or written instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances. Follow all Company Safety and ESD Program requirements. Responsible for reporting all accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Properly handle and dispose of all waste, including hazardous wastes that are generated in daily operations as directed by applicable SOP(s). Skills and Experience:Experience as a Machine Operator mandatory High School or GED 6 months minimum experience in contract manufacturing 6 months to 1yr exp SMT Fuji machine exp Set up experience Surface Mount components Identification exp Perks and Benefits: While under contract as a Balance Staffing Associate, you will be able to take advantage of weekly pay and optional medical benefits.
