The Role
We are hiring a salesperson to win high-value commercial landscaping accounts across the Greater Houston Area. You will secure maintenance contracts, and commercial enhancements while helping drive our internal company culture.
What You Will Do
- Find new clients: Target Houston HOAs, retail centers, corporate parks, and industrial sites.
- Network locally: Attend industry events like BOMA Houston or CAI to build relationships.
- Walk properties: Visit sites in the Texas heat to evaluate landscape needs and estimate job scopes.
- Close deals: Present custom proposals and sign long-term service contracts.
- Team up: Work with our estimators to ensure job pricing is accurate.
- Build culture: Coordinate fun company team-building events to keep our crew connected.
What You Need
- Sales experience: 2 years selling commercial landscape contracts or facility services.
- Houston market knowledge: Familiarity with the local area, climate challenges, and turf /plant types.
- Relationship skills: Ability to build trust easily with Texas property managers.
- Culture champion: Enthusiastic about planning events and bringing people together.
- Clean driving record: Valid driver's license required for frequent travel around the metroplex.
