Warehouse Associate / Parts Runner

The Parts Runner / Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse and supporting field technicians by delivering necessary parts and equipment to job sites. This role involves managing inventory, maintaining an organized warehouse, and ensuring timely and accurate parts delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver parts and equipment to field technicians at various job sites promptly.

- Ensure accurate and efficient transport of parts, maintaining high standards of service.

- Maintain communication with field technicians to confirm delivery times and locations.

- Assist in the organization and management of warehouse inventory.

- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

- Receive, label, and store incoming parts and equipment.

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

- Implement efficient storage solutions and labeling systems.

- Prepare and package parts and materials for field technicians.

- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.

- Assist with documentation and data entry related to inventory and parts orders.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage orders and deliveries.

- Maintain accurate records of parts delivered and used in the field.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of HVAC, Electric, and Plumbing parts is a plus but not required.
