Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer requests and coordinate responses
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze sales-related data
- Prepare quotations and support pricing and sales planning activities
- Maintain SAP records and customer portals
- Generate reports and ensure data accuracy across sales tools
- Support customer communications and relationship-building efforts
- Coordinate across teams and time zones for seamless execution
- Assist with documentation and presentations for customer engagements
- Perform general sales support and administrative tasks
What We Are Looking For:
- Associate´s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; experience in sales support, logistics, or accounting preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM experience a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and detail-focused
- Problem-solving mindset with basic technical aptitude
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Multilingual skills (German, Spanish, Japanese) are a plus.
