Impulsum Solutions, a growth-focused sales and development firm, is seeking a Frontier Crew Member in White Hall to connect with our customers with the benefits of Frontier’s connectivity services. With Frontier now strengthened through its merger with Verizon, our Frontier Crew Members can showcase Frontier’s expanded reliability, faster speeds, and broader access to entertainment and connectivity.
As a Frontier Crew Member, you'll help build trust and loyalty with customers. The expanded fiber footprint enables Verizon to provide more value, keeping customers satisfied and less likely to switch. The Frontier Crew Member also connects with customers in person, shows them how the combined network delivers the reliability they deserve, and guides them through enrollment.
Responsibilities of the Frontier Crew Member
- Champion Frontier Fiber in person by helping customers discover dependable internet solutions designed for today's connected households.
- Deliver in-person sales consultations that simplify fiber internet choices and help customers select the right service package.
- Showcase Frontier's continued investment in fiber infrastructure in person, including markets strengthened through the former Verizon Fios footprint.
- Drive sales growth by educating our customers in person on the everyday advantages of Frontier Fiber connectivity.
- Identify sales opportunities to enhance customer experiences by offering faster fiber speeds and service enhancements.
- Contribute to Frontier's market growth by consistently generating new residential sales and lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications of the Frontier Crew Member
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in customer service, telecommunications, or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Adaptability in handling diverse customer needs and questions with professionalism.
- Collaborative teamwork to share insights and strengthen sales performance.
- Integrity and consistency in representing Frontier’s brand values.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
