What you’ll be doing
• Oversee daily operations of a boutique-style Marriott property.
• Lead teams, drive guest service, and support all key departments.
• Manage budgets, labor, and overall hotel performance.
• Guide revenue strategy and partner with ownership on priorities.
• Maintain Marriott brand standards, safety, and property quality.
What you bring to the table
• Current Hotel GM or Director of Rooms ready for the next step.
• Marriott background strongly preferred.
• Boutique or lifestyle hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong revenue management foundation.
• Hands-on, supportive leadership style.
• Ability to work on-site in Pompano Beach.
