The Sanctuary Hotel is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead and oversee three unique food and beverage outlets in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about guest experience, team development, financial performance, and creating exceptional dining experiences

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of three F&B outlets
• Lead, coach, and develop management and service teams
• Drive revenue growth and profitability
• Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage budgets, labor, purchasing, and cost controls
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on programming and promotions
Qualified candidates should have:
• Multi-outlet hotel food & beverage leadership experience
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Experience managing high-volume restaurant and bar operations
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Luxury, lifestyle, or upscale hospitality experience preferred
