About The Role

You’ll work closely with development and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery pipelines, enforce security and compliance, and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployment
- Manage cloud environments using Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Support cloud services primarily in AWS, with some Azure environments
- Implement DevOps best practices to improve delivery speed, quality, and system reliability
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and pipeline issues and automate repeatable tasks
- Ensure compliance with DoS security requirements and federal standards
- Deploy and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
- Active Secret clearance (Department of State preferred)
- 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Azure environments
- Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Scripting experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
- Experience supporting the Department of State or other federal agencies
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, or FISMA compliance frameworks
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS, AKS)
- AWS or Azure certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, ELK, or Splunk
