What you will do:
- Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Send assessments to select candidates, ensuring they make it through this critical stage of the candidate funnel and on to the first interview
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to attract the best talent
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, providing support and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to streamline efficiency and enhance the candidate’s experience
- Update our applicant tracking system as candidates move through the pipeline
- Enter your daily/weekly stats in our reporting system.
