Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Assist clients with daily activities, including social skills development, communication, and self-care routines
- Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and engagement at all times
- Maintain accurate medical records, including vital signs, progress notes, and behavioral data in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, special educators, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care
Skills
