Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Entertainment Publicity Account Coordinator for a Partner at imPRint in New York, NY. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting in executing publicity campaigns for our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include keeping calendars and media lists, assisting in the organization and execution of campaigns, conducting research to support PR planning, creating press kits and bios, drafting and distributing memos, schedules and information, etc.
We are looking for candidates who want to be personal publicists, are self-starters, ambitious, resourceful, well-organized, personable and confident.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Two years of previous experience in entertainment publicity or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media monitoring tools
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry and media landscape
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Must live in the New York Metropolitan area
