About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and help grow our promotional products brands across digital channels.

The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Social Media Director, leadership, and internal teams to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, grow our audience, and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

This is a hands-on role for a creative and entrepreneurial social media professional who understands what makes content perform and can take an idea from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own and maintain the social media content calendar.
  • Develop creative content ideas, campaigns, series, and recurring content concepts.
  • Manage day-to-day social media publishing, scheduling, captions, hashtags, comments, and messages.
  • Coordinate the creation of photo, video, graphic, and short-form video content.
  • Identify and leverage trending sounds, formats, topics, memes, and emerging social media opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a UGC strategy, including sourcing, coordinating, organizing, and repurposing user-generated content.
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, creators, affiliates, and brand partners.
  • Coordinate collaborations, giveaways, partnerships, and other marketing opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams and external creators or vendors on photoshoots, videos, campaigns, and other initiatives.
  • Repurpose existing brand, product, customer, and marketing content across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor social media performance, including engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, conversions, and content performance.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize content strategy based on audience behavior.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify partnerships, events, promotions, influencer campaigns, and other initiatives that support business growth.
  • Take ownership of additional marketing and growth-related responsibilities as the business evolves.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role preferred.
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for a consumer-facing brand.
  • E-commerce or promotional products experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form video.
  • Demonstrated ability to create content that drives engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness.
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience developing and managing social media content calendars and strategies.
  • Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or brand collaborations.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including captions, hooks, and social copy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of current social media trends and willingness to experiment with new formats and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute with minimal supervision.
  • Portfolio or examples of social media accounts, campaigns, content, or measurable growth results strongly preferred.

  • On-site position
  • Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Richmond, TX.
  • Must be comfortable with occasional flexibility outside standard business hours for content creation, photoshoots, events, or other marketing opportunities.
  • Expected to quickly ramp up and take ownership of the social media function within the first 30–60 days.
Compensation

$50,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience.

Additional opportunities for performance-based incentives, bonuses, and career growth within the marketing team may be available.
