Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service or cleaning role.
- Knowledge of general maintenance and cleaning processes.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
- Ability to use computers, email, Microsoft Word, and property management systems.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently bend and kneel for cleaning tasks.
- Stand and move around for most of your shift.
