Digital Press Support (2nd Shift)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Press Support team member for our 2nd shift to assist in our label production environment. This role plays a key part in supporting digital press operations, ensuring jobs are properly prepared, and maintaining high-quality output in a clean, air-conditioned press room.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 1:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
• Monday through Thursday

Air Conditioned Press Room

Key Responsibilities:

• Support digital press operators during production runs
• Prepare and stage print jobs for efficient workflow
• Assist with color matching and color correction
• Monitor print quality and identify issues
• Work within HP Print OS and related systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience in a label or print production environment preferred
• Background in graphic arts, prepress, or digital printing
• Understanding of color theory and color correction
• Familiarity with HP Print OS or similar systems is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 40–50 pounds with or without assistance
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and handling of materials
• Good visual acuity, including the ability to distinguish color variations and detect print defects
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and equipment
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
