Job Title: Service Technician (Roofing)
Job Description:
We are seeking a personable and professional Service Technician who can meet with homeowners, diagnose roof leaks, and confidently assess roof conditions. The ideal candidate takes pride in quick response times, strict safety protocols, and high-quality repairs. Excellent communication / sales skills are required for interacting with customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to assess, diagnose, and document roof leaks and general roof conditions.
- Complete high-quality roof repairs safely and efficiently.
- Perform detailed exterior storm damage inspections.
- Interface directly and confidently with insurance adjusters to navigate claims.
- Use Xactimate software to accurately estimate and document scope of work.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the roofing industry required.
- Technical Skills: Must have direct experience in exterior storm damage insurance inspection and utilizing Xactimate software.
- Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable with heights, climbing all roof types, and proficiently handy with tools.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
