Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt paving equipment safely and efficiently (experience preferred but not required for entry-level applicants).
- Assist with paving operations, site setup, and cleanup.
- Perform basic equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Work closely with the crew to ensure quality workmanship.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Entry-level applicants are welcome. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience operating asphalt pavers is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license required.
- CDL is a plus but not required.
