Impressions Photo & Video is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and creative Office / Studio Assistant to join our team!

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

This position offers a unique combination of administrative support, client communication, and creative production assistance. You'll play an important role in keeping our studio running smoothly, supporting our photography and cinematography teams, and helping ensure our clients receive the exceptional service and finished products we're known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Quality Control: Review and proof completed wedding, event, and corporate videos for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality before delivery to clients.
• Vendor Coordination: Organize, prepare, and send images, videos, and other materials to our production partners and vendors.
• Client Communication: Assist with email correspondence, client inquiries, scheduling, and general follow-up communications.
• Social Media Support: Help create, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms.
• Creative Design: Assist with basic graphic design projects, promotional materials, social media graphics, and other marketing initiatives.
• Studio Administration: Support daily office operations, maintain organized digital files, track project progress, and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Production Support: Help coordinate photography and video projects throughout the post-production and delivery process.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computers, digital files, and online platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of effective content presentation.
• A creative eye and an appreciation for photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow projects through to completion.
• A positive, dependable attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Preferred Skills (A Plus, Not Required)

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Capture One or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic understanding of photography, image editing, and color correction.
• Experience with video editing or post-production workflows.
• Basic graphic design and social media content creation experience.
• Previous experience working in a photography studio, creative agency, or similar environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Studio Hours: Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Employment Type: Up to 32 hours per week; part-time schedules considered
• Work Location: In-person at our Marlboro, NJ studio.
