About the Company
Imposta Costumes is an established consumer products company specializing in creative novelty and costume products sold through major ecommerce marketplaces and retailers. Our products are distributed nationally through Amazon, Walmart, and other major channels.
We are looking for a data-driven Ecommerce Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid advertising and digital marketplace growth strategy. This role will manage and optimize advertising across Amazon, Walmart, Google, and other platforms to drive revenue, improve ROAS, and support product launches.
Position Overview
The Ecommerce Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across ecommerce marketplaces and search platforms. This individual will work closely with internal teams to improve listing visibility, increase conversion rates, and maximize return on advertising spend.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, testing strategies, and scaling profitable advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Advertising Management
- Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Manage Walmart Connect advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and build structured campaigns to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve target ACOS/ROAS.
Google & Digital Advertising
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Shopping, Search, and Performance Max.
- Develop retargeting strategies and audience targeting.
- Monitor CPC, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
SEO & Listing Optimization
- Optimize product listings for Amazon and Walmart search algorithms.
- Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
- Work with creative teams to enhance product images and A content where applicable.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track campaign performance across platforms.
- Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.
Strategy & Growth
- Develop advertising strategies for new product launches.
- Identify new growth opportunities across marketplaces and advertising channels.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years of experience managing ecommerce or marketplace advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience with Walmart Connect advertising.
- Experience optimizing Amazon or marketplace product listings.
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar ecommerce analytics platforms.
- Experience working with consumer products or ecommerce brands.
