Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Proficiency: Diagnose, Recommend and Perform necessary automotive repairs across all European vehicle manufacturers
- Professionalism: Value the quality of work. Ensure your inspection and repairs are done right.
- Transparency: Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians
- Cleanliness: Ensure that work space is kept clean and equipment and tools are kept in good condition and stored properly
- Road test vehicles when required
- Ensure that required documentation is completed and accurate
- Report machine defects and malfunctions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about auto repair industry
Qualifications:
Successful candidates for this Automotive Technician position will have:
- 3 years of experience as a European Automotive Technician
- "A" level qualifications including Complex Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Ability to be a self starter and work independently
- Troubleshooting/Computer skills/wiring diagrams
- Good communicator and proper professional writing skills
- Personal set of tools
- Valid US driver’s license with clean record
- US work authorization
