Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and upselling additional products or services.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, present suitable automotive solutions, and negotiate terms effectively.
• Support dealership sales teams by providing customer relationship management (CRM) support, tracking interactions, and managing inventory information.
• Assist in closing deals by applying strong sales negotiation techniques while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Promote automotive financing options and other dealership services to enhance deal closing success rates.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and inventory control using CRM software to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales within the automotive industry or related fields such as dealership or passenger car sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in bilingual or multilingual environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective client communication and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with automotive financing options, inventory management, CRM systems (technically supported), and retail math is highly desirable.
• Organizational skills combined with high-energy motivation to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and closing deals within high-end or automotive sales environments is advantageous.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
