The role is
o Hybrid - Expect to be onsite at Fairfield on average 1-2 times / week
o Business may require attending onsite meetings at other locations in San Ramon, Oakland, and/or Sacramento 1-2 times / WEEK
o No mileage or travel expenses will be reimbursed

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Organizational Change, or related field.
2. 5 years’ experience in marketing, digital communications, or IT service management communications.
3. Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and ITSM principles (certification preferred).
4. Proven ability as a social influencer within organizations, with examples of successful adoption or engagement campaigns.
5. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 platforms: Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Outlook campaigns, and Power BI reporting.
6. Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
7. Creative mindset with ability to build trust and credibility across diverse audiences.
