  • Do you have hands-on manufacturing experience?
    Have you spent time on the plant floor solving problems, improving processes, or implementing data-driven solutions?

    Can you extract, clean, and analyze production data to provide actionable insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL?

    Do you have experience working with low-code platforms like TULIP, Ignition, or other Industry 4.0 technologies?

    Are you comfortable traveling extensively (50-75% or more) and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver outstanding results?

What You’ll Do

As a Digital Manufacturing Senior Analyst, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and design tailored digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and shop-floor applications to enhance operational performance.
  • Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies to identify and implement improvements for frontline operators.
  • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continually refining and expanding our solutions.

What You Bring

  • A BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a similar discipline.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferably in regulated industries like medical devices, defense, or aerospace.
  • Proficiency in MES platforms, low-code development tools (TULIP, Ignition), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). (REQUIRED)
  • Understanding of Lean production systems and operational KPIs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel more than 50-75% of the time, often spending significant time onsite with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Act as a Change Agent by supporting clients in adopting and sustaining improvements through clear communication, coaching, and engagement, following Implementation Engineers’ change management best practices.
  • Apply Project Management Best Practices to plan, execute, and monitor project activities using IE’s standard delivery processes and tools.
  • Operate Within IE Governance and Standards, including:
    • Maintaining an up-to-date and actively managed project plan;
    • Following established change management processes;
    • Ensuring consistent, proactive communication with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain Program Transparency by keeping project documentation current, organized, and accessible within IE’s Program Collaboration Workspace.
  • Leverage IE Governance Tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams for effective planning, tracking, collaboration, and reporting.
