Job Description
We are seeking high-energy, versatile and out-of-the-box thinkers who want to kick-start their career in consulting. This program is ideal for recent graduates or those fresh in their careers. Candidates must have exceptional problem-solving skills and be highly analytical with a passion for tackling challenges to provide value-add services to clients that make a real impact on their business performance. This program will allow you to develop your analytical, interpersonal, innovative thinking, business management and leadership skills from day one through a structured process as you work side by side with some of the best consultants in the business.
The Program: The planned strategy will incorporate online training, job shadowing and working independently while completing a final project. A detailed syllabus will be provided following the interview process.
Career Path: (timelines may vary based on performance)
- Associate Operations Analyst-Online training & Job Shadowing (8 Months)
- Operations Analyst-Independent contributor with support & mentoring (4 Months)
- Senior Operations Analyst-Performance based.
Education Requirements:
New Graduates or 0-5 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain
- Electrical Engineering and Controls Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving, quantitative, and modelling skills
- High level of motivation and drive for excellence.
- High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Desire to work in a multicultural, diverse, and team-oriented environment.
- Great project and time management skills
