Event Planning, Execution & Logistics
- Plan, organize, and execute events including hands-on courses, webinars, and in-person events in Israel and abroad
- Own event timelines, agendas, and checklists from planning through post-event wrap-up
- Collaborate with production companies and service providers to ensure all technical, operational, and experience requirements are met
- Serve as the on-site event lead, overseeing setup, live delivery, vendor coordination, and post‑event breakdown
- Manage speakers' schedules, travel, accommodation, honoraria, and contracts
- Source, brief, and manage external vendors (venues, AV suppliers, catering, agencies, photographers)
- Track vendor contracts, invoices, and all event-related documentation
- Coordinate event communications, including invitations, agendas, registrations, and attendee information
- Oversee attendee logistics (registration lists, badges, agendas) and collect post-event evaluations and feedback
- Work with vendors and internal teams to create flyers, brochures, and training materials in alignment with company branding guidelines.
- Support managing training and marketing inventory, including demo products, hands-on materials, and branded items
- Coordinate international and local shipments for training events, including packing and unpacking materials, preparing detailed shipping lists, and working closely with the shipping/logistics department to ensure timely delivery and returns.
- Experience coordinating events or educational programs (medical/dental industry – an advantage)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel abroad and be on-site for events as needed
