You’ll report directly to the CEO, collaborate daily with our Operations Manager, Technical Leader, Customer Success team and play a key role in the Leadership Team. Your ideas will be heard. Your impact will be visible. Your success will be celebrated.



Key Responsibilities


  • Leading a talented sales team that’s hungry to grow — and looking for a leader who can elevate them.
  • Expansion across SLED markets, building relationships with agencies, districts, and public-sector partners.
  • Growth of our Professional Services business, partnering with technical leadership to create new offerings.
  • Maintaining a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer obsession.
  • Owning your our own book of business — yes, this is a quota-carrying leadership role with real upside.


Required Qualifications


  • 7-10 years in technology sales; SLED or public-sector experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success meeting/exceeding quotas in IT solutions, cloud, hardware, software, or services.
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and vendor ecosystems (Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
  • A leadership style that blends accountability, coaching, and customer-centricity.
  • The ability to build trust with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • A strategic mindset paired with the drive to execute.
  • A passion for developing people and elevating team performance.

Compensation & Incentives


Base Salary: $145,000 – $155,000

OTE: $230,000 – $255,000
