Client Partner – Airlines & Aerospace (Airbus Ecosystem)

Location: Texas or Chicago (US)

Role Overview:


We are hiring a Client Partner – Airlines & Aerospace to take over and grow a portfolio of strategic airline and Airbus‑aligned accounts. This role is a direct replacement for a senior leader who successfully owned an approx. $20M airline portfolio at Impetus and led large, mission‑critical aviation programs.

The Client Partner will ensure continuity across existing airline relationships while accelerating growth through data, cloud, analytics, and AI‑led transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic airline and aerospace accounts, including Airbus‑focused engagements
  • Act as the primary executive sponsor for airline and aerospace client relationships
  • Lead account strategy, whites pacing, and client success planning to drive approx. 20% YoY growth
  • Manage and expand complex, multi‑year programs across:
  • Airline operations
  • Aviation analytics & engineering
  • Data platform modernization
  • AI‑driven insights and cloud migration
  • Partner closely with delivery, solutions, and leadership teams to ensure high‑quality execution and customer outcomes
  • Leverage partner ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and aviation technology providers
  • Maintain strong forecasting, pipeline management, and executive reporting discipline


Required Experience & Profile

  • 12 years of experience in Client Partner, Account Director, Engagement Director, or Strategic Sales roles
  • Proven experience managing airline and/or aerospace clients, ideally within the Airbus ecosystem
  • Track record managing large ($15M–$25M ) portfolios and expanding existing accounts
  • Experience selling IT services, cloud, data engineering, analytics, or AI solutions
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage airline CXOs and senior leaders
  • Comfort operating in global, matrixed delivery environments
