Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design user interface components such as menus, tabs, and widgets, ensuring a consistent and attractive look and feel.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and function of our digital products.
- Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications to support development and iteration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and a high-quality implementation.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, web standards, and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing with the ability to translate findings into design improvements.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
