The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. Must pass a background check, have a current driver license, dependable car, and current auto insurance. Experience is a plus but not required. We TRAIN!
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to foster a supportive atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a valid driver's license for transportation needs.
