This individual will be a key contributor in developing competitive bids, securing new work, and supporting the continued growth of their civil and infrastructure portfolio.

They are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Estimator with strong expertise in civil, site development, underground utilities, and roadway projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead the estimating process from start to finish while collaborating with project management and executive leadership.
📌 Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil, sitework, grading, roadway, and utility projects
- Review plans, specifications, and technical documents to determine project scope
- Perform precise quantity takeoffs and develop cost breakdowns
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
- Participate in bid strategy meetings and proposal reviews
- Assist with value engineering, risk assessments, and constructability analyses
- Maintain current cost data and improve estimating systems and processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors across the region
📘 Qualifications
- 5–10 years of estimating experience in civil or heavy construction
- Strong understanding of Arizona DOT standards, regional construction practices, and local market pricing
- Proficiency with estimating tools such as HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, Bluebeam, or similar software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated success in producing accurate, competitive estimates
