Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction

Responsibilities
- Manage heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee project financials, forecasting, subcontract management, procurement, and change orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate closely with field operations to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5 years of Project Management experience within Heavy Civil, Civil Infrastructure, or Site Development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strong financial performance.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working on DOT, municipal, commercial site development, utilities, roadway, grading, or related civil projects is highly desirable.
