They are rapidly expanding into the Data Center space to meet the growing demand, and are actively searching for a Data Center executive to lead this new group. This is a key hire, as you would come in as the top Data Center professional in the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of the data center project from design coordination and permitting through construction and commissioning.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for the client, acting as the primary decision-maker and ultimate owner of project outcomes.
- Ensure project delivery meets schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
- Organize, manage, and direct the full project team, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Facilitate alignment between internal teams and external partners to support efficient project execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Provide clear, timely updates to maintain confidence with both leadership and the client.
- Implement and enforce company standards, processes, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Preferably 10 years of construction project management experience.
- Proven experience serving as a senior project manager or lead on multiple large data center builds (approximately 50–100 MW scale).
- Deep technical understanding of data center construction, including power systems, UPS, cooling, and server infrastructure.
- Authoritative leadership presence with the credibility to earn trust from C-suite clients and executive leadership.
- Strong ability to motivate, align, and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative yet decisive leadership style.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with top-tier data center owners or hyperscale clients.
- Familiarity with the Atlanta construction market and local subcontractor landscape.
- Based in Atlanta or willing to relocate.
- Mid-career professional with long-term growth potential and interest in building a multi-year career within a mission-critical practice.
