THE POSITION:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of aviation projects. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, drive project performance, and support both field operations and client relationships. This is a high impact hire with accelerated career progression built into the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans; ensure adherence to contract specifications and client expectations.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Mentor and supervise project engineers, superintendents, and field personnel.
- Monitor safety, quality control, and compliance on job sites.
- Review and approve subcontractor and vendor agreements.
- Analyze and mitigate risks; identify opportunities for improvement in processes and performance.
- Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years' Aviation construction experience.
- Minimum 8 years' construction management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
