Job Description:
Imperio Global is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Retail Marketing & Sales Representatives. In this role, you will work inside a retail environment, engaging directly with customers to promote our clients’ products and services, build brand awareness, and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers inside retail locations to introduce products and services
Clearly communicate product features and benefits
Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience
Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
Maintain a professional and energetic presence on the retail floor
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
