Position Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and professional entry-level Marketing Associate to represent our brand through in-person marketing initiatives, live events, and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and helping build strong brand awareness within the community.
The entry-level Marketing Associate will play a key role in executing promotional events, interacting directly with customers, delivering presentations, and supporting brand growth through hands-on marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Customer Engagement
- Represent the company at in-person events, trade shows, pop-up promotions, community events, and marketing activations
- Engage directly with customers to educate them about products, services, and brand offerings
- Deliver professional and enthusiastic brand presentations to individuals and groups
- Create positive customer experiences that increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, booth organization, and promotional displays
- Build relationships with potential customers and answer questions in a professional manner
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market insights to management
Brand Awareness & Marketing Support
- Support local marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Help execute face-to-face marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
- Distribute promotional materials and educate customers on current campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand messaging is consistent and engaging
- Maintain a polished and professional brand image during all public interactions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting information in person
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in customer service, events, promotions, hospitality, or marketing is a plus
