What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and lead recruiting processes and systems which will apply to multiple brands within the Paramount Brands entity, Imperial, Pukka, Winston, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with managers, understand their specific department and role needs, and articulate job specifications.
- Recruit and hire the best in class, qualified candidates effectively and efficiently for office and factory roles across brands.
- Own the recruitment experience and process for new hires up until the point they join the company, including all pre-hire onboarding.
- Maintain knowledge of AI in recruitment, system automation and the ability to streamline work.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new opportunities. For tough to fill roles, actively source candidates.
- Write and post accurate job descriptions on relevant platforms such as online job boards or LinkedIn.
- Ensure all roles have appropriate flow of candidates, and if not, take quick action to resolve.
- Oversee part-time production recruiters and assist when needed
- Stand up a consistent and compliant process for all production recruiters
- Monitor metrics to ensure positions are filled quickly, intervene if support is needed.
- Maintain clear communication with production recruiters on expectations, time to fill.
- Provide training and coaching on UKG, Interview Skills, and Recruiting Compliance to production recruiters and hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and manages candidates throughout the hiring process, including conducting screening interviews, to final offer.
- Strategize, plan, and attend career fairs and other events that are part of our recruitment strategy.
- Manage referral programs including tracking referrals and coordinating with payroll as needed.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the team as needed for recruiting, interviewing, and compliance.
- Own UKG recruiting, LinkedIn, Indeed, Largely and other platforms for recruitment purposes; manage ATS interconnectivity and functions.
- Manage Background Check and Drug Screening process; conduct FCRA process as needed.
- Be a team player, provide support to the HR department with team functions, events, etc.
- Work with a sense of urgency, motivate hiring managers to do the same
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent strategy and project management
- 3 years of experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other boards; Largely or UKG is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high quality of work, especially with offers, job ads, and communications with leadership
- Recruitment in m roles or high-volume environments, including production, is a plus
- Ability to influence others and drive results and work effectively with managers
- Highly effective decision-making skills
- Experience in writing job descriptions
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods such as phone, video, email, and in person
