Imperial is seeking a dedicated Quality Examiner to conduct inspections across our apparel, embroidery, domestic headwear, and import headwear production lines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our premium products meet Imperial’s quality standards and supports ongoing continuous improvement initiatives throughout production.

- Salary: $15/hr
- Employment Type: Temporary (3–6 months) | May convert to regular employment (based on performance/business need)
- Location: Bourbon, MO
- Peak Season Hours (March 1 through June 30) :
- 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Friday (1st Shift)
- 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday - Thursday | 2:30 - 10:30 PM, Friday (2nd Shift)
- Hours:
- 6:00 am - 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
- 2:30 - 10:30 PM (2nd Shift)
- Perform inbound quality inspections for apparel, embroidery, domestic headwear, and import headwear production
- Conduct extended audit processes, including 100% inspections when required
- Complete final audits of outbound product to ensure compliance with Imperial quality standards
- Support lab testing and quality verification activities as needed
- Document and communicate audit results to internal teams and external partners
- Partner with production teams to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-minded individual
