Operator Embroidery

Imperial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. As an Embroidery Operator you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the Embroidery process, including running the machine, cleaning, and blocking the finished product. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and ensure good quality.

Salary: $14.25/hour

Employment Type: Full Time

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm - 1st shift

2:30pm-10:30pm - 2nd shift

Location: Bourbon, MO

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate embroidery machines for production tasks.
• Perform physical labor required for operating and maintaining embroidery equipment.
• Ensure embroidery designs meet quality standards by following detailed specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain good attendance and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with additional tasks related to the embroidery process, as needed.
