Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, finding new customers, and being rewarded directly for your results?
We are looking for a motivated Independent Sales Representative to help grow our business throughout the Greater Chicago Area and Northern Illinois.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% commission and uncapped earning potential. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while developing relationships with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct local customer visits throughout the Chicagoland area as needed
- Bring furniture samples and product information to customer site visits
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers
- Set appointments and maintain consistent communication with customers
- Work toward and achieve sales goals
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM
- Create and present sales materials to prospective customers
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, manufacturer sales, furniture sales, commercial sales, or business development is a plus
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based sales environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable meeting with customers in person
- Must reside in the Greater Detroit Area
