Technicians are responsible for daily service calls and maintenance issues with the various Vending Machine Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service calls and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues on location
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Manage parts and tool inventory
- Complete required documentation for each service call using company procedures or mobile tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently
- Knowledge of computer hardware/software, electrical, and networking systems
- Strong communication and client-relations skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Work in varied environments while maintaining professional client interactions
- Operate company vehicles for daily travel between client locations
- Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays
- Ability and knowledge to work through firewall and network issue
