Imperial Trading is hiring Palletizers for our Elmwood Distribution Center. This is a hands-on warehouse role for candidates with electric pallet jack experience who want steady hours, weekly pay, and the chance to start work quickly.

Walk-In Interview Days

Position: Palletizer (Warehouse)

Pay: $11.50/hr attendance & productivity incentives
Shift: 2nd Shift opportunities available

What You’ll Do

Palletizers pull, stage, and organize products using an electric pallet jack. You will follow pick slips to build pallets accurately and safely for shipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack or order picker to pull product (required)

• Select product from assigned locations using pick slips

• Read product descriptions and units of measure accurately

• Pack and stack product correctly to prevent damage

• Build pallets in correct stop sequence

• Apply labels with customer information and load numbers

• Note unavailable items on pick slips

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Report to work on time and complete tasks efficiently

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members

• Cross-train on additional warehouse tasks as needed

Who Thrives in This Role

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse

• Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts

• Experienced with electric pallet jack operation

• Able to lift, stack, and move product throughout the shift

• Team-oriented and safety-focused

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching throughout the shift

• Lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Work near moving equipment

• Maintain safe operation of powered equipment
