SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Handles settlements of video poker and amusement revenues at establishments on assigned routes; supervises and assist all jobs assigned to the collector’s helper position; reports all service related problems to the office
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Additional duties which are necessary to carry out the function of the Collections Representative may be assigned and are incorporated by reference into this job description.
- Responsible for balancing all video poker related revenue at the establishment
- Responsible for balancing all amusement related revenue at the establishment
- Reports any discrepancies in currency to the department manager
- Delivery of any assigned commission check to the establishment
- Oversees all duties assigned to the collector’s helper
- Reporting all service related problems to the authorized department
- Delivery of any assigned office or license related document to the location
- Responsible for the completion of all checklist issued for the assigned route
- Responsible for reporting mechanical or non – mechanical problems with assigned work vehicle.
- Responsible for keeping correct company issued parts in assigned work vehicle
- Responsible for keeping a professional appearance to the assigned company vehicle
- Take necessary steps with the department manager to resolve any problems
- Assist CEO and other company officers as needed
- Work, as requested, to collect each assigned establishment
- Assist customers with any questions or problems the arise
- Locate clients and/or vendors when requested by executive officers and managers
- To follow all rules and regulations of the company’s policies as described in the handbook
- Reports to work on time, as directed by the Chief Executive Officer, and complete the above listed tasks in a competent manner
- Performs above listed duties in a cooperative, capable manner, processing the information effectively and communicating the information as needed effectively.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands of this job include light physical activity performing sometimes-repetitive activities of an administrative, productive and/or technical nature that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
In order to perform the functions of this job the employee must regularly sit, talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee must occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and reach with hands and arms.
The employees must regularly lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
