What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Manager / Lifeguard position at Imperial Towers Condominium Association?
Job Duration: Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend (possibly a few weeks after if weather is good)
Responsibilities:
-Work as a lifeguard/pool attendant and supervise all lifeguards and pool attendants
-Create and maintain lifeguard and pool attendant scheduling
-Must be a certified lifeguard with at least two years of experience. Proof of certification must be available to see at time of interview
-Must also be certified by the Red Cross for CPR and be able to provide proof of such certification at time of interview
-All applicants must submit to a background check and mandatory drug test
-Must be able to do the early chemical testing each day
-Attention to detail, good communication, and customer service skills
-Ability to resolve conflicts with pool members and/or guard team
-Report to Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager
-All discipline of employees is to be done by the property manager
-Shifts to be determined by Management and require availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
