What You'll Do
As a Trusted Learning Partner, You Will
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual learning experiences, including onboarding, professional development, and leadership programs.
- Consult with leaders and business partners to assess needs, identify capability gaps, and recommend effective development solutions.
- Design, adapt, and enhance learning materials, tools, and resources that support performance and ongoing skill application.
- Coach learners, managers, and leaders to strengthen adoption of new skills and support long-term growth.
- Lead end-to-end program execution, from planning and preparation through delivery and post-program follow-up.
- Analyze feedback, learning metrics, and business outcomes to continuously improve programs and maximize impact.
- Build strong relationships across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor on learning and development strategies.
Required
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in learning and development, training delivery, facilitation, stakeholder consultation, learning needs assessment, and learning content development.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience facilitating complex learning programs, consulting with business leaders, and coaching skill application.
- Hybrid / Remote schedule with an expectation of two days per week in office.
