AVP, Quality Assurance and Testing

Job Summary

IPFS is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Quality Assurance and Testing to lead our enterprise-wide QA strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for revitalizing our QA roadmap, optimizing testing methodologies, and ensuring the delivery of reliable technology solutions.

This person will manage testing components of the following teams:

• Integrations,
• Atlas , ESL
• FUSION
• Payments
• Regression testing
• Test Automation
• Client Portal
• Certain Projects spawned from these focus areas.
  
  

Success in this role will require highly organized leadership with a clear understanding of upcoming technological enhancements. This includes but is not limited to: corresponding plans, enhancement documentation, acceptance criteria, top-tier manual testing / automated testing, test strategy, and optimized testing resources.

Essential Responsibilities

• Create and convey a clear strategy for testing optimization, reduction in manual testing and drastic improvement on testing accuracy.
• Assess the testing performance and incorporate the best testing practices and methodology
• Lead the UiPath automated testing initiative, and incorporate automated and load testing into our test plans and execution
• Performance management and defect tracking
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• 5 years in a testing leadership position
• Experience managing multiple teams at an enterprise level
• Extensive knowledge of automated testing particularly in UiPath, load testing, and regression testing etc.
• Extensive knowledge of Test Driven Development
