JOB SUMMARY:
The Alternative Market Director will lead IPFS growth within the Hispanic market by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies tailored to Spanish-speaking customers. This fully remote role will focus on sourcing new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and leveraging IPFS technology solutions to drive revenue and market share. Key responsibilities include creating Spanish-language marketing initiatives, onboarding new clients, strengthening existing partnerships, and overseeing projects that establish a dedicated Hispanic market division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify markets, prospects within markets, research prospects and develop sales approach(s) to prospects
Contact prospects, follow through on sales plan for prospect and seek to close the deal with new customer
Serve as primary contact with customer for the onboarding/integration process and follow through on onboarding processes for customer satisfaction
Maintain close contact with customers ensuring full satisfaction with IPFS products and services. Build long-lasting relationships with customers
Assist other SEs across the US in driving market share and share of wallet for Hispanic and Bi-Lingual Customers
Report on results vs. plans on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis pursuant to reporting guidelines
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, required
7 years of progressive sales and business development experience with proven revenue growth results
Demonstrated success developing and executing sales and marketing strategies in competitive markets
Strong prospecting, lead generation, and deal-closing skills
Experience managing customer onboarding, integration, and relationship development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with senior executives and decision-makers
Knowledge of Hispanic and bilingual market segments and customer needs
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience tracking performance against goals
Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience in financial services, insurance, or premium financing industries
Established network within Hispanic and bilingual business communities
Background in developing multicultural or multilingual marketing initiatives
Familiarity with API integrations, digital platforms, and technology-driven sales solutions
Demonstrated success leading market expansion or new division development
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience working in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
