**Core Responsibilities**
**Project Strategy & Execution Management**
* Formulate and execute corporate-priority project strategies and annual project roadmaps.
* Lead the company’s high-priority projects, including growth initiatives, organizational restructuring, market expansion, and operational optimization projects.
* Ensure that project objectives remain aligned with the company’s overall strategic direction.
* Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from planning and execution through to final delivery.
**Major Project Delivery**
* Manage cross-functional, cross-regional, and highly complex projects.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards.
* Resolve critical obstacles and resource conflicts encountered during project execution.
* Drive the successful implementation of major initiatives such as corporate transformation, system upgrades, and new business launches.
**Cross-Functional Coordination**
* Collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, and Human Resources.
* Integrate internal resources and external partners to enhance project execution efficiency.
* Establish effective communication mechanisms to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
**Budget & Resource Management**
* Manage project budgets, capital expenditures, and external vendor costs.

**Process Optimization & Governance**
* Establish project management standards, procedural frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
* Drive the digitalization, standardization, and transparency of project management processes.

**Risk Control & Performance Management**
* Identify project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
* Establish a project KPI framework, including metrics for:
