About the Role
Imperial Marble & Granite is seeking a highly organized and driven Sales Assistant / Project Coordinator to support high-end custom residential projects. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from initial sale through final scheduling and execution.
You will work directly with the sales lead to manage multiple complex projects, ensuring every detail is tracked, communicated, and executed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from template stage through final scheduling and completion
- Coordinate client specifications, selections, and approvals
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, timelines, and follow-ups
- Send and track renderings for client review and approval
- Collaborate with internal teams (rendering/program team, scheduling, etc.)
- Ensure all project details are accurately entered and maintained in internal systems
- Track deadlines and proactively follow up on all outstanding items
- Coordinate scheduling based on client availability and project timelines
- Handle multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously
